Terms & Conditions

All products are guaranteed genuine and well within expiry date as specified by the manufacturer. They are shipped as received from the distributors.

Payment is always in advance. Payment details are provided at the shopping cart checkout page. Payment on delivery in Bangkok or elsewhere is not possible.

No refunds, full or partial, or free reshipping, are offered. In case of custom seizure, I reship at a discounted rate. The risk of custom seizure is always present. I cannot guarantee 100% success (nobody can). As you are importing steroids into your country, the risk is on your side. I’m not responsible in any way, financially or morally, for your financial loss and/or legal consequences arising by customs seizures and your country’s law enforcement agencies. You MUST know the laws of your country BEFORE you attempt to import these products. IF YOU DON’T AGREE WITH THESE TERMS, DO NOT BUY. IF YOU BUY FROM THIS SITE, IT IS UNDERSTOOD THAT YOU AGREE WITH THE ABOVE MENTIONED TERMS.

I reserve the right to refuse orders from any customer deemed suspicious, fraudulent, unmanageable, impolite or unwilling/unable to follow the terms of sale explained here.

Placing an order and not following through with payment is considered spamming and will not be tolerated. This will result in your contact details added to the spammers database and in your account banned forever.

Processing time is a maximum of 7 working days, or longer in case of national holidays.

As soon as the order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with details of the shipment, tracking code and instructions on how to use it. The tracking number provided is for you to inquire at your local post office.

All international orders are be shipped by Air Mail Registered. Domestic orders are shipped by EMS. There are no other shipping options.

Orders shipped by Air Mail Registered cannot be fully tracked all the way from the origin to the consignee. The tracking code is good only for monitoring the shipment in the country of origin (from post office to airport) and its arrival at the consignee (after customs clearance). Therefore, the tracking code provided upon shipment is just a “proof of shipment” for the buyer’s peace of mind.
